As Angel Boutique, we are proud to keep the passion and tradition from our family roots alive. We would like to share with you our story from the depths of our history to the present day.
**Origins and Beginning**
The foundations of our company are based on my mother's mother who was a tailor. Our grandmother had become a well-known name in the Samatya neighbourhood of Istanbul in the 1950s by tailoring at home. My mother's childhood toys were tailor's scissors and tape measure. Her first tailoring memory began when she saw the red atlas lining of the mink coat of Ayla Hanım, one of her best customers at home, and was mesmerised by it. When my mother decided to buy this red atlas and sew a dress for her baby, this sweet memory was shared with us. This story remained with us as a colourful memory at our crowded tables.
**Innovations and Growth**
In 2000, my mum and dad opened a small boutique in Samatya to share my mum's hobby with a wider audience. They named our store ‘Angel Boutique’ because my mother believed that angels bring good luck. By decorating the interior of the store with a sky theme, she turned her dream concept into reality. When we moved to Yeşilköy, we started to run our business as 3 people and started to serve through social media.
**Social Media and Patented Designs**
In 2012, when we started to take place in social media, there were no companies decorating baby jumpsuit sets yet. Our first design was our Angl Angel Winged Jumpsuit Set. Afterwards, we received patents for our tuxedo and angel winged jumpsuit sets and we broke new ground with the rabbit jumpsuit design. With these designs, we have introduced innovations in our sector and we continue to boutique produce our signature products.
**Sustainability**
As Angel Boutique, we attach great importance to the principle of sustainability to minimise our environmental impact. We recycle our leftover fabrics into clothes pouches and prepare boxes from recycled paper. We produce our products with methods that respect nature and aim to minimise environmental impact at every step.
**Our Future Vision**
Our aim is to become the pride of our country with big stores and overseas boutiques and to ensure that women move forward in the business world. We aim to support women who are unprofessional, continue their education and seek employment opportunities and offer them job opportunities.
